Rubber vulcanizer is used for vulcanizing all kinds of rubber and plastic mould products, and non-mould products. Being frame type, the machine is different from the column type , it is allowed to install larger diameter hydraulic cylinder, reducing the quantity of cylinders, with simple structure, and little maintaince wok. The frame can bear more stress and it has cheap price, nice surface, easy to operate.

  Hydraulic system & Up and down platforms

Hydraulic system :

to achieve working liquid pressure, pressure for 1 hour, hydraulic system pressure drop < 10% and no blockage and leakage phenomenon;When pressure drop exceeds 10% of the working pressure also, automatic hydraulic system pressure filling, until to pressure of work.

Up and down platform: 

adopts Q235 steel plates. In order to guarantee the make precision, it is applied with automatic cutting baiting, mechanical slicer producing welded groove, carbon dioxide gas shielded welding
