1.Usage
The machine is mainly used in rubber & plastic pruducts factory: natural rubber plasticating, raw rubber and compound mixing, as well as rubber warm-up and rubber sheeting.
As a open type two roller mixing mill, it consists of seat, frame, roller, driving gear, lubricating device, cooling and heating device, adjusting device of roller nip, safety brake, motor and reducer, etc. The roller, with smooth surface after polished,is made of chilled cast iron. Steam and cooling water can be inputted in the empty roller to adjust temperature of roller. Two rollers rotate reversely with different speed, so that rubber materials are drawn into the gap of the two rollers for processing.
2.Features
A.The roller is made of chilled cast iron. It s divided into hollowed roll and drilled roll.The inner of hollowed is machined.The hollowed roll surface can be smooth or grooved. The grooved roll has typies of full grooved suface or partial grooved surface and so on.
B.The base has integrated base and separated base.The driving mode includes open drivng , half open drivingand enclosed driving.
C.The roll is supported by nylon shoes,copper shos or roller bearing so it has low noise and long service life, as well as energy saving.
D.The roll bearing adopts grease lubricating and oil lubricating.
E.There are three types of nip adjustments, manual adjustment , electrical adjustment and hydraulic adjustment. The hydraulic adjustmen has no safety cup. With the hydraulic adjustment, two rolls can pen quickly, so it is convenient.
F.The pressure transducer system is available for directly displaying the working pressure an control the feed.When over pressure, it will autmatically stop and save and print the pressure peak value.
G.The product is compled with nation-established safety standard.
H.User can choose the stock blender according to the processing flow.
